That carpet is sooo clean!!! You do an amazing job ensuring it stays that way. I've spilled brine shrimp, methylene blue, and some water on mine by now.

Really enjoyed this tour and the interaction with Lucas. Always exciting to see a 'behind the scenes' perspective. I have many fish, plants, and snails from that house. Great job Kasia!

I used to be big up fish person, then I just got out of it, now space is limited (with a grabby baby ) , but I got a beauty Betta today with a plant , happy size bowl ,turface for substrate . I missed my fish , and watching these videos doesn't help. He's moving to a nice square one like I used to have asap. new subscriber, thanks for the videos

Nice video, impressive fishroom 😃👍!With respect to the dripsystem, I would advise Lucas to card the bettas. This is less stressful to them and will keep them much more vital. I share the same experience that jarring to Bettas small will stunt development. Using a bigger growout and to jarring them as big as possible is the solution here and works great. Keep up the good work 😃.

I watch that guy Dexter's World, he breeds bettas in Thailand I believe, he breeds them in a smaller container and then puts the fry in a giant pool that has lily pads and plants growing in it, he pulls them out before they're mature though. That guy is all about the money so he seems to really figured out how to grow as many as fast as possible. Anyways like Lucas said he may be right about the bigger tank growing them faster, seems to work for Dexter too.

Nice mixing up of the camera angles. I like that you focused on the large shots rather than trying to get close to every tank. Amazing as his collection is, how does he keep a white carpet clean in a fishroom?! I think sorcery is afoot and needs to be investigated by the ministry of magick.

I can sleep there all year round😍

Hey! First (ok, second) comment! I know you said to Sheila that you are going to aim to breed bettas for health this time, do you have a couple in mind yet? I personally would be interested to see a betta splendens/wild betta couple breeding. after all, splendens were bred from wild varieties, and it would give the most advantage gene-wise, I guess.

Hi! I'm considering breeding Rasberry (a red marble) with a cellophane marble female from my first spawn. Both have not had any health issues (and are a bit older) so out of my fish..I think those are the best odds for starting a healthy line. I have not considered outcrossing to a wild splendens.. but its an interesting idea and something I will look into. Thank you for the suggestion!

You have to very careful who watch or ask for information. My neighbor fish store and reptile 0.3 miles ask for help on Nitrogen Cycle the opposite and have me overdose with Prime for 150 gallon daily when my aquarium is 10 gallon. When okay given to added fish 1 Cory for 10 gallon and 1 Cory 5 gallon both died in 2 days wait 3 weeks tank was okay purchased 1 female betta and 1 Cory died in 12 hours. I got my own master kits pH was 6.0 ammonia high, nitrite high. Nitrogen cycle almost complete, and betta survive the stress
