Agree- being retired I search and look for content of this nature, there are a lot of irresponsible people out there who post what I consider in appropriate and not we should be trying to show others. In Wild Reaches there is a mixture of adventure, responsible care and working with the indigenous communities to ensure an understanding of land and cultures. It also helps that Nate is from the Noosa Hinterland where we have here a diverse geographical location that blends in with what he promotes.

The best thing I like about you and Jordan is that you are the only ones that DONT have eskies full of grog and drink heaps of beer, good to see you fellas having a cup of coffee and a smoke.

I love the appreciation Jordo has to show and tell us all about the customs and traditions of his people and the land. Thank you very much to Jordo. Well done on the 85 Barra.

It is interesting though that there is an old camp where your fishing, there a few others that have been abandoned over time. Hey Brad, spending so much time up on the Cape iv found so many camps like this. I think being so remote pro crabbers and fishermen have built them over the years and there’s just no one out there to dispute it. Yep good idea with the mud, it was very bow heavy when it first hit the water 😂

Look up the Sawyer Squeeze or a Katadyn BeFree the are fiber membrane water filters. They turn any fresh water source into drinking water without chemicals or boiling. Love the Content :)

I imagine there was a dry season track to the coast a long time ago, I think they also would have brought things up by barge from Kurumba. Iv looked on Google earth and can’t find the track they used so its overgrown now.

30lb braid and 40 - 70lb leader depending on the area and the fish. 👍🏼

Hey Jack, stoked youre watching all the way from Mexico. These missions are always amazing. I took about 30 litres from memory. Heaps for that outboard and to have that little bit spare for the quad. It all ran really efficiently though

Another epic episode Nath...what great country and what a fish Jordo!....so much stoke in that session...yew! Already planning my next trip to the Cape and exploring Gulf Country is on the agenda. Got to get me one of those OzBraii's .....from cooking implement to dining table! I use those Sea to Summit water bags are a great bit of kit, I picked one of those up before my last trip and was super happy with it.....seem really robust and strongly built. What are your trebles of choice for the slim twitchers? I'm really enjoying the insights that you're weaving into the videos....love to hear more about bite windows. The channel just keeps getting better and better....keep it up brothers.

Hey Ben, we call it a plonk, it’s just a lead weight suited to the weight of the tinny. You can make them but obviously lead is dangerous so I don’t recommend it. They’re so handy tho

agree with the lead but for weight to size its the best, lead being lead put me off so trying to work out the best material for the job..... also i bet you have talked about your hammocks did you have a 1 that you recommend. Cheers for the reply.

Absolutely brilliant! Those barramundi were something else and looked delicious Nat and thank Jordon for his enthusiasm. Well as you know we keep you update with the "Screeches". We have suffered the same problem of the hammock coming down, in our previous episode during winter here, our hammock was attached to the banister and brought the flaming lot down, so we know how Jordon fell😯. We didn't sleep well last night and we were thinking of crocs, well that's what we have put it down to!!!😉. Working on a fish finder for my inflatable now, nearly cracked it will keep you posted! I have glued a rubber ring from a washing machine door to the bottom of my inflatable so Cheryl puts her through with goggles and snorkel with her bottom in the air!!
