This trip to the Adirondacks with the boys sees us summiting Mount Esther and Whiteface Mountain, 6.5 hours. We also visit a couple restaurants like Denny's and Bazzi's Pizza.
This is day two and we start off finding out that one of our favourite breakfast joints is close Tuesdays and Wednesdays so we head over to Non Mark Diner, then climb Tabletop Mountain and Phelps Mountain and end off our day at the Picked Pig in Lake Placid and order THE CRACK BURGER and double it to the quadruple by-pass burger.

To burn off the calories. Why do some always feel the need to find something wrong with a video? Not many people can do what Ken did the last few days at even half his age.

you obviously are not an active person, calories = fuel for the body. you see, we are supposed to burn the calories off after eating, but as time has elapsed people are less active, so the calories are turned into fat. BUT... big but (ooh la la!) you NEED those calories when doing something as strenuous as climbing a mountain or being a lumberjack, hence why meals made for lumberjacks are bigger than average meals.

Is Ben or Mark André having breakfast next to you? There should be barricades at Phelps Peak to prevent accidents or mishaps. It's scary to be so exposed. In this whole episode you didn't once wear your eyeglasses? Or did you wear them?

Food always seems to taste better once you've "earned it". You should have eaten that double crack burger like a competition burger - just torn it down and eaten it a patty at a time.
