Help. How do we get the plastic cap off of the handle bars ?

It was very hard to get off, but it pulls straight off. You can put a slit in it with a knife if you’re careful to help it come off, or maybe pliers

How did you get the nuts off the wheel though, cause our's won't come off.

With the wrench it should come off but see if it’s spinning the other side at the same time. If so you’ll want to hold the other side nut at the same time
