I must have cruised down Warren St to the boat launch a 1000 times when I was at Hudson High in the early 90s. It hasn't changed a bit, except now everything is either an art gallery or antique shop. There were so many mom and pop businesses on Warren in the late 70s through the early 90s. The town faced economic challenges but it a chugged along. It was a rough around the edges blue collar town and that is all lost now thanks to the NYC people buying up everything. I got out in 1996 and never been back. It's not any place that I would live today but thanks for making the video!

Well said about the history etc but I don't agree with you that all is lost. If you haven't been back since 96 how would you even know? There are some great restaurants and pubs that have popped up recently and in my opinion, it's a great little town. You should visit again soon and maybe you change your opinion about it 😉

Rolling stop at the 3 way! Same on you. 🤣 My parents owned one of the "4 sisters" at 516 Warren in the mid 70's. they had an antique shop there, before antiques were"hip". Hudson was a great town. You could shop for EVERYTHING you could ever want or need on Warren st. and never have to leave. The 80's were rough on Hudson. But it has come back with a vengeance. Good for the city!

Haha, yeah busted! That was my 6th take and I didn't want any cars getting in front of me at that intersection; wanted the drive down Warren to be as clear as possible. That's cool about you parents and owning one of the 4 sisters; I know exactly which buildings you are talking about, they are beautiful and really stand out on the street there. I have heard others say that that the 80s were rough on Hudson and from what I can tell, it has definitely come back with a vengeance. I have thoroughly enjoyed it over the past several that I have lived in the area! Cheers.

Although I should have come to a complete stop, there was not one single person or car in the intersection, so it was completely safe. I was being hasty because it was my 5th take of the same exact drive. Cheers.

By the way, it looks like you live up in Manchester NH from the vids on your channel. I went to New England College in Henniker years ago and my GF's father lives in Manchester, so I know it well. I promise to come to a full stop at all of the stops signs the next time that I am up there. 😉
