New harmony os in GT4 had issues with heart rate when running. It spikes very high. I compared also with other reputable watch and the heart rate is different. I switched from GT 3 to GT4. I don't have issue with GT3 and wore it for more than 1 year. I think it's software problem because it measured correctly when in clock mode / resting

It's amazing but it's not tracking my sleep and it tracks my microfiber clothes sleep and heart rate. The best part Huawei UK customer service is not even responding..

Have you coordinated them directly? Me, I have amazing experience with Huawei customer service here in the Philippines, they are very knowledgeable and very nice. They help with my concern and inquiry.
