The best smartphone I ever used, mate 20 Pro until today still doing well, unlike some other brands..when the newer model launched, the older model would somehow have some software issues, logged, camera shots became worse etc....time to get this! Mate 20 Pro, I really abused it to the max using it to drive Uber, watched KZread until I slept,now using it for 2 years plus riding bike as food delivery under hot sun and thunder storm...it's really the best smartphone

I also love my Mate 20 Pro. I already use it since 4 years as my daily driver an I'm still happy. Just the software with ads sucks. I think it will do 2 more years till I have to upgrade

I am still using my Mate20 pro. I loved it so much that I haven't renewed my postpaid plan for 4 years and because it still has Google. Mine was also abused as I used it a lot when traveling. The only issue I have now are the power buttons, and volume rocker and the battery but the camera is good.

Had mine since January 2019 still going strong best phone I've ever had

I used to change my phone every year but all of that stopped 4 years ago when I bought a huawei mate 20X. the best phone I have ever had. November 2022 and I am not missing anything.

I really want to go back to huawei. My mate 10 was really impressive way back then. The loss of GMS is holding me back as well as 5G connectivity. If it weren't for the ban. I'd still be using huawei till now

ever since their kirin chips were affected for using ARM technology. Huawei can't make anything on their own. Even their harmonsy Os is a kernel of android linux. America can put an end to huawei if they stop android kernel open source access.

In-app/games purchase not working/ some apps may get hidden from play store as the phone is not certified by Google

Love my p30pro and my aunt mate20 pro both are still a decent spec phone for year 2022, i would have bought huawei phone as well if not for the gms ban, 5g ban is still ok for me

I'm still on my p20 pro. I have had it for about 7 years now and honestly it hadn't slowed down. Didn't factory reset either. The cameras have aged ok as well. Yesterday the phone fell and boom... Crack on the bottom right corner. Huawei would have probably topped Samsung today if it wasn't for this ban. It would had helped push the industry forward cause honestly Samsung is one of those mobile divisions that have become complacent.

wondering if you drop it onto a rough surface like a tar road also if the edge of the phone is getting the most impact, will the glass crack?

I broke my p20 pros screen by taking a hot shower and bringing it with me, then going out in the snow amd the screen died but they replaced it for free 🤣

For Whatapp chat you can just manually sync from local storage, that's not a big problem like Google apps that need 3rdp party app 4o sync acct

@@pudinichigo91 Here in Asia we get the Crappy Exynos Variant so i'll never touch Samsung unless they do not cheap out Using Exynos. Huawei on the other hand due to ban but their Kirin chips are way to ahead of Exynos and they support their Software very good unlike samsung

@@qwerty6789x and here where I live in Asia we also got Samsung with snapdragon variant, I don't know where you live but most of Asia countries got snapdragon variant, and if you're talking about software update Samsung in one of the best manufacturer who provides 4 years OS update & 5 years security update, even more than what Google offer to their Pixel series and they released update also pretty fast in last few years

@@pudinichigo91 Not anymore anything 2020 model onwards gets 2 Android Major update the rest are just Security patches. for 4 years? You are inAsia most variant is Exynos. you not aware of that? only USA and Korea gets the Snapdragon Variant out of the box. You'll need to find the snapdragon unit and its rare.
