HEY GUYS,
So, Huawei is planning to launch Harmonyos to the global market, yes, During the Analyst Summit 2024, Huawei's current chairman shared the company's plans to expand HarmonyOs globally after taking care of things on home soil. Huawei believes it can make HarmonyOS the world's third option for a mobile operating system, despite US sanctions, he said, Huawei will work closely with the app developers and provide all the needed support, tools and especially the encouragement to build a robust app ecosystem for HarmonyOS.

Huawei UK sells the MatePad Pro 13.2 which runs on the Harmony OS.
Yes, I have been waiting for a long time to use HarmonyOs on my Huawei nova 7i. I am currently using EMUI 12 on my device. I think Huawei will make stronger friendship with Pakistan after launch of HarmonyOs to the Pakistan market and also take Pakistan company's app developers to make their apps for HarmonyOs system. So that the app run without using apk file on huawei devices.
We are waiting for it❤❤❤❤

I'm very excited! But it's a huge step to launch Harmony OS globally. Lots of apps for online banking, trading or credit cards should be available in Harmony OS as well. In this case, Huawei will succeed! Looking forward to working with Harmony OS on my next Huawei smartphone!

To succeed in Sweden atleast they need to get app support that works like iOS or Gplay and get developers to build Harmony Os dedicated apps. If they do that user base will come back otherwise they will not pick a Huawei device. Thats why it stop sold in Sweden for customers couldnt get the apps the used daily

@@KJ-sy9bk Yea except they already miss android apps in theri app store that they didn't have to modify. I mean if they somehow pull of this in global market sure there will be no problem then but they probablly wont since a lot of apps that dont need any modify are missing

@@strumbi217 app Devs didn't bother uploading their apps into App gallery because APKs exist. They will (hopefully) bother making their apps for HmOS Next, when it gets a good userbase

China need to build platform like youtube and google for rest of the world which will run in Harmony OS. Without alternative to youtube and google Harmony OS will fail in globally ❤❤❤ China need to spend tons of money to content creators. It will long term investment but help china to win Tech war with America ❤❤ China need to build content viewing platforms for global south.

The have. Bilibili youku etc. but the interface and system is more tailored to prc and quite often restricted on the types of content. Pretty much why dou yin and tiktok are different.

Huawei should allow an app like "Experience Harmony" on other devices. Once users are able to experience UI of harmony OS , world would be more interested in Harmony OS

That's an excellent idea. There is already a developer, who is creating a virtual machine app will be called VirtualHarmonyOSNEXT for Android devices with a github repo

It will not be necessary because apk support will be removed as it is not safe, so apk is something specific to android anyway.

@@Koeniggabuttsex they are of the same coding and source code. Just different compiler. If the operating system grants super user to the apps with ease and access sensitive information without the users knowledge it’s deemed unsafe as well.

its still 8bit, just like the 8bit cpus. Think about it people we had the true 64 core 256 bit Itanium with each core being true 256 bit. This, was based on the PA-RISC then Improved..then true 64bit from the following, sgi,alpha,ppc,and finally the pos accorn that never made it to true 64bit its the a chip..no apple didnt make crap they copied. ie the arm..ie the pie..it a hybrid with x86 mix. Riscv is just layered 8bit. So the os has to work in accordance with that. x86 is the same way ..its a arcane layered 8bit pos as are All gpus. same with apple. its a pc dah.
The best joke so far, we with emui saw how huawri does not give 2 money on us so trash with huawei
