I have a GT2 Pro of 7 months and always charging it with a 5V/2A power supply and suddenly it will not charge anymore. I'm curious what the reason can be but I'm not sending it to Huawei. Luckily I can get my money back from Amazon. Good service!

My GT 2 today had it's battery drain in just couple of minutes very fast without any usage and the screen was VERY BRIGHT even on lowest setting. I left it charging and after that the screen stays off. The Huawei Health app detects the watch, as it connects over bluetooth, but nothing else happens. Tried holding for 15 seconds and it doesn't look like the restart is happening at all. Screen is always black.

Hi there, I have a GT2 Pro which doesnt go past HUAWEI logo when i plug into the USB/power adapter(it is stuck at HUAWEI logo for about 10-20 seconds), after that it becomes black screen. I tried it with many different chargers. I tried all your steps. Can you help?

Thanks for this advice! My GT3 gone dead, after 2 years and 3 months, i went swimming and after a few hours it went dead. I contacted Huawei NL and they couldn't help me, because there was no more warranty on. They gave me a 10% discount. But on the website there was 20% so i bought a new GT4. But i kept thinking about it and I thought; let's look on KZread and i saw this video and after trying another adapter it works again. I'm curious for how long it's gonna work, but for now it's charging 🎉 thank you so much 🙏🏻👌🏻🍀💪🏻

I'm not anymore 😂 I'm from the Netherlands. Unfortunately it doesn't work anymore😢 when I got it off the charger it stops and falls out. I got the battery out of it. had everything loose, but now it only starts and vibes and it's goes black and than starts over..vibe. This is continuing 🤔 is it the battery?

I have already cleaned the whole watch as well as the charger, tried many cables and plugs also done factory reset and doesnt seem to solve the problem. Now its stuck at 18% on the charger and as soon as i disconnect it, turns off. Im suspecting that its a software issue

I already check for updates on the watch and firmware update, it said that is already updated. When I charge, 3-5 after it will turned off again and will automatically turned on because it is charging.
