吉隆坡茨廠街是老華僑聚集地,除了一眾老字門號,其實還有很多隱世高手。大威哥和細威哥三代都在茨廠街經營飯檔,得阿爺傳授一手好廚藝,炒出鑊氣十足的古早味粵菜,附近街坊無人不識。飯檔位處巷子裡,沒人帶路也真不好找。威哥的咕嚕肉更是必點菜式。我們一齊來一次色香味之旅!

glad to see you have finally introduced this famous authentic Cantonese restaurant. this is one of the best nostalgic, delicious Cantonese family restaurant in KL. besides the excellent tastes, it's also very good value for money.😋👍

即普通又美味,咕噜肉一向也是我的心头好!不过做得好吃的饭店却不多。在KL生活的十多二十年间,不记得有否光顾过亚细饭档,但坐落于柔佛丰盛港(Mersing)的乐园餐厅,它的咕噜肉也是一绝,是我在本国吃过最好的一家。古早味的粤菜配上上世纪初的中式风格店面,很讓人回味!
很喜欢在这种拥有古早味的地方吃东西,很特别的感觉。。

Thanks for introducing this stall. This is what we normally ordered during our younger days. Wok Hei must be prominent and all goes very well with rice. Price reasonable too especially maintaining the quality. Good choice and thanks again.

非常传统的粤菜老板曾经在外国做过 大厨可以一个人炒三个锅, 地方有点闷热但生意很好迟来要等一两个小时

Its amazing KL have more traditional style Hong Kong style food than Hong Kong. Its charming that the stall has been going for 50 years, bring back some of the family food charm, which is lost in Hong Kong.

The Chan choy ham dan soup is very common in Malaysia in our younger days. Yes this Sai Kee dishes reminds me of my younger days in 70s

以前吉隆坡的咕嚕肉都是那樣先炸後炒的。 新的那種為了省點時間,把上了薯粉的豬肉和茄汁一起炒,真的不行。

80年代中期,我记得他们在后巷卖经济飯,唔知有没记錯
我一个马来西亚人看了香港人的video知道这个档口 刚刚去吃 真的好好吃😋
亞世飯當,好耐無去過啦,搵日再去試下銻至得! 會長!下次可以去pudu訪問超多人既個間瓦煲雞飯,好似係阿婆傳落俾孫仔,而家都係要日日排長龍既叫「禤記瓦煲雞飯」好有歷史性也都好正炭燒煲仔飯。
啲餸睇到都流口水啊。话时话点解四同七样餸唔得哩?
You guys didn’t get to try their father cooking, the eldest son cooking is only 80%-85% of his dad skill. My whole family patrons this stall since I was ard 12yr old and today am 54 yet we still patronage it.
