Good job Zila. I'd like to buy a 2500 but I work overseas and no need to own one here. I tried to email USAWeld on Thursday about extending the warranty so I could get into the Christmas deal but I think most are on holiday. Maybe next Christmas as I intend to leave the Middle East and retire back to the US April 2025. I hadn't watched "This Old Tony" for awhile and saw where he gave away his older HTP items. Didn't understand why he'd give away something he enjoyed using so I started checking his posts and see where HTP sent him the 2500. Then I started binge watching all 2500 video I can find, what a machine. Almost no welding experience where I knew what I was really doing. Built a coupe metal boxes but no idea if penetration was good but they looked ok and held together. Took a welding class once but I told the instructor I wanted to learn TIG. "Here, grab the gas torch and make puddles". WTF? The entire quarter. Wanted to take more classes but had to move to another duty station and then retired USN. So, when I get back I'll buy my own machine and figure it out. Maybe make my own videos where I turn good metal to garbage. Haaa.

I have a HTP Invertig 400, Pro Pulse 300 & Pro Pulse 220.I owned & run Blue & Red welders since 1984. They all ran great. But My HTP machines are so adjustable. I have great success fine tuning & running them on manual settings. Getting the machines to suit my needs and habits learned 40 years ago. I guess I need to learn to do You Tube videos showing how good The HTP really are. I can't wait to my hands on a revolution 2500.

You make some awesome stuff Scott! You should do some videos on your ford carb to efi conversion heads. They are incredibly well made and look awesome too. Also the jack plates / transom plates look like a nice upgrade to the boat you worked on.

The Revolution is an awesome machine. Different than anything out there. Had the opportunity to run it for a few hours yesterday and wow, it’s a great machine. So easy to use and has all of the functions.

I’ve got the 303 and the 220 . These aren’t available in the uk . But the 2500 would be nice as I work at the film Studios a lot, sometimes you’ve only got 240v

What's the max mig torch lead length I can get for aluminum with one of your machines? All I do is manufacturer aluminum estate gates of all kinds. My business is "J.C.'s Gates & Fab" a single job can consist of close to 1000 ¾"-1" welds and each job gets several 4"-6" welds. We weld hinge blocks to our gates which are 1½" thick welded to ⅛" upright material. Our pickets are generally around. 090 thickness welded to the bottom member that is ⅛" thick. Before I started my own business I was using OTC machine which is amazing but very very costly and I can't afford one yet. I've had my own company manufacturing custom aluminum estate gates now for going on 5 years. I'm needing welder upgrades pretty bad. We have tig welders for surface welds that needs to be cosmetically appealing but use spool gun for all picket welds and under rails ect... Time wise it wouldn't be practical for us to tig weld everything and tig torches can't reach all the spots that need to be welded. I'm asking about a long lead because we still have dirt floors and continually moving the welder in order to reach every spot on a 20ft gate is a pain and a rolling cart will not roll good on dirt floors with tiny rocks everywhere. The name brand welder in using now I'm using a spool gun but I have way more than constant problems (constant meaning extreme non stop). I'm just needing something that will fit our needs without having to buy multiple welders until we find what does good. I'd like to make one big purchase rather than multiple smaller purchases that would add up to being more money in the long run.

If I already have a 221 and a pro pulse .. would it be best to buy a pro pulse 300 or the revolution 2500 .. 🤔🤔

Does the Pro Pulse 220 tig as good as the Invertig 221?

Two totally different machines. The invertig 221 is AC/DC and can pulse TIG. If you want the machine that will do it all and do it better than most check out the Revolution 2500. I think that is what you are probably looking for.

The Revolution will TIG like the 221 except for asymmetric arc but most never use it. The Revolution has Triangle wave form ability too which can come in handy for thinner material

@@bearkawiboy6246 this isn’t an old buzz box. It’s a commercial grade welder that runs the more refined rods very well as well as MIG and TIG. The Revolution cane do all of this and all in pulse if you choose.
