Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Have you been wanting to try a little quilting but feel intimidated? This is the project for you! This easy and simple pillow made with Half square Triangles (HST) is a great introduction to piecing and quilting. Experienced sewers will also love showing off theirs skills and making something quick :)
You will need a 16'' x 16'' pillow form, and 18'' x 18'' piece of cotton batting, two 10'' x 10'' pieces of gray quilting weight cotton fabric and two pieces of 10'' x 10'' quilting weight cotton white fabric. For the backing you will need 2 pieces of 17'' x 15'' cotton fabric. Finally, you need fabric scissors, ruler, pencil, sewing machine, thread and iron/ ironing board.

Beautiful pillow! Nice to see it “in action” 😃
Great project. Can't wait for the weekend to give it a go.
I'm a novice when it comes to quilting. This popped up and I decided to watch it and I'm excited to try it. I've decided to take on the huge task of making my own pillows, curtains and sheets for my first house... although I'm a beginner and this will be included. Thank you so much.

I have been so scared to even try quilting, specially lining up the corners, but you make it look so easy and that is a good way to sew some parts and then cut ,...place the pattern and then sew section by section. Nice 👍🏻 I do like your easy ways to make things, wish I hade more time and a friend to sew with me, to make it not so quiet to do something.....🌹❤️🌹❤️👌

If you can sew a (fairly) straight line, and measure, you can quilt!! Go for it! This is a great way to start.
