Finding this channel was really great. I trained xing-yi for a few years non-stop. I did so much standing training, and since my teacher died from cancer, i really haven't found many people who seem to really understand the small movements. My kids do fencing, and there is so much that i feel like they could learn about from xing-yi. If i have more free time, I'll jump into a fencing class and see if i can apply my old experience.

Great lesson! The Heng Chuan is the more difficult to understand and use.

Мне видится, что этот кулак похож на пао, который изобразили на картинке, зарисовал мастера, а траекторию не нарисовали. Пао это боковой удар внутрь, а Хэн это горизонтальный наружу. Пять кулаков это движения: вперёд, вниз, вверх, вправо, влево. В их бесчисленных вариантах и наконечников кисти.
