10 Rounds off Wim Hoff breathing. Then 10 minutes nasal only HRV 3 breaths per min. Just before meditation. When exhaling during HRV Ujjayi Pranayama best results. You know when in HRV hands become heavy and warm. sometimes Pineal gland kicks in really good NAMASTE have a nice day

@@jerrellarmstrong7026 Yes, that is some of the imagery associated with it. Yet it can often take more than just a breathing exercise to fully unlock. Example I have been off fluoride mostly for years, sungaze near daily, and do pranayama. Yet still have a ways to go before fully unlocking. The three master glands are prostate (g-spot in women) pituitary, and pineal. Of coarse the other glands corresponding to the other 4 chakras are also still important, yet remember the energy travels in a pattern, usually from the base up to the top. First time I did WimHof pranayama was when I got the same/similar imagery to what you have mentioned...and that was years ago.

My HRV staeted last year at 35-40. Im 45 and Super fit so i feel that was so low for my fitnesss. I have gitten it up to 60-70 avg if i am recovered. 50-60 is my strained numbers now. I have had 80-90 on vacation. But i just want to build more resilience

The problem with someone leading the breathing rythm is that we all have different residual capacity of our lungs and that alone should determine your breathing rythm. All these fixed animations are counter productive. Same with hand movements someone does for you to follow. Understand at what point you inhale and exhale and what you prolong effortless then go for that rythm
