Fasting is abstinence from food for a period of time. Amidst this abstinence, it is necessary that prayer is observed and the study of the word. It is observed as your strength can carry you. For instance, one can fast from 6 am to 12 noon etc. GOD bless you.

Any one who devotes his or her time with God will get direct massage from God.yaaa. once upon a time, I went to my village, and brought my family member with me not lo and behold seh was a queen of the coast. I never knew but because I pray a lot God opened my daughter's eyes cuz every night when she and her witchcraft friends entered the house, she sees them. I am amazed that a whole leader like Paul Rika does not know that witches and wizards are part of his movement that it takes a woman to give this revelation first. Sir please how close are you to God personally? Have you stopped hearing from God directly? We should all repent and go back to hear directly from the Holy Spirit Himself. Did the Apostles of Jesus know that Simon the Sorcerer was a wizard initially? was is not until he requested to but the power of the holy spirit that they discovered and rebuked him/ Anyways, to answer you directly, Pst Rika knows but applies wisdom in doing it so that it won't create suspicion and pandemonium in the church of Christ, thereby affecting LOVE.
