+pallavi sanas hi Pallavi... The tip what I found is Acting like You Are The Boss.. like u are the best,the greatest when u speak... When u are going to speak just have the Attitude like I dnt have to worry about what people are thinking about me cz I'm the Greatest here,I'm the Boss In charge.... Love your voice,the way you speak at the time you speak... This works for me...That's what I found... Try this...I hope isse tumhari kuch madat hogi...

I am 29 and still have stammering problem every day is a new challenges my friends settled in their life and m still speaking a,b,c,d and hindi alphabets very tough and shamefull life. But m trying and practicing hope 1 day I will get rid of this problem🙂👍

He changes paths of his voice and change frequency of voice in every interview that make him great rathar than hanging on a particular word and thinking about 4 _5 minutes about it

Bhai, I used to stammer a lot. But I tried to improve myself, by reading newspaper aloud. I read aloud by watching myself in the mirror. Slowly, I improved and then I focused on reading Sanskrit.

Been a stammer since I learn speaking. Stammering is not a decease. Its a wrong habit of speaking, which goes worse with lack of confidence. How can you help stammers? Never make fun of them. Never complete their words. Just take it normally, have patience. Let them speak. When self confidence builds, it helps stammers to speak freely and frankly. Thanks AIIMS for providing me speech therapy. Deep breath before speaking is the key of getting rid of stammering. Feel free to ask any question and stammering.

If possible, visit Speech Therapist in Govt Hospital such as AIIMS. Basically, they will teach you how to speak slowly with deep breath. Practicing alone is not so easy. You need a tall mirror, in front of which you can do practice. You need to follow the same speaking style throughout the day for at least 100 days. Slowly, slowly you will adopt new style of speaking.

You provided a very good tip my friend, but i don't think stammering is a bad habit in reality, it's just a speech disorder, and that's it!!, but, the catch comes here, people's unawareness about this thing makes it far more difficult for the person who deals with it, than it actually is!!...

After watching so many fake videos on HR's stammering, finally I saw his story. Thanks

Oh god! I don't have stammering problem. Those having stammering problem, i don't know how they feel. Bt one thing i want to say that, people laugh at anyone. If u have any problem, that's the reason they laugh. If u don't have any problem, even they laugh at u. Bt after hearing hrithik sir's experience, oh god, i cant imagine his experience in day to day life. Aapko utne se dar lagta hai, kyonki aapke saamne poora din hota hai. Ye sunke man ko bahut mushkil hua sir. Star kid hone se kya hua. Vo bhi to Insaan hai. Unko bhi problems thi na. Aap jaldi se theek ho aur bhagwan is problems ko aapke zindagi se nikaale. Aapke aankon me vo dard dikhta hai. Aap doctor ke kehne par bhi zindagi na chunkar aapne acting chune. Isiliye aap is mukaam pe ho. Bhagwan aapko lambi umar de. Along with my wife, I am first Married Couple of India who did international Cycling LRM 1200 km in least times. 3. Recorded in "India Book of Records" in cycling and represented India in 1200 km prestigious cycling in Paris(France) PBP 2019. Also selected for 1500 km London (UK) LEL-2022.
