i have a small scale hard candy factory it's cottage industry i want to make caramelized popcorn i'm very interested please. now i make caramelized popcorn using oven but not get ball shape .

When I package my puff corn I use ziplock stand pouch and heat sealed because those bags they use aren’t airtight. She makes hers to order and they are very tasty so they probably don’t even last long enough to stale in the bags

You can’t genetically modify popcorn due to thick hull required to build pressure and pop. Monsanto tried. Most sugar, even off-brand is non GMO. Oils are highly modified until recent laws enacted by the WHO to have a healthier world by 4-5Billion people by 2030-‘35, Beginning with 1st world countries leading to 3rd. US passed 2018 hydrogenated & trans fat laws with 3 year phase out. Leading to companies using Palm, Sunflower and other loopholes. Rainforest initiative cut Palm oil and who exports 75-90% of the worlds sunflower oil? You bet, Ukraine and russias border. Sunflower oil will run a diesel vehicle if poured straight into tank with a gallon of diesel. Ukraine agreed to US & EU to switch to healthy oil Dec 2021. Remember grain shortage and US sent 40 billion “for aid” And price of everything skyrocketed bc oil is in virtually everything? It’s all a conspiracy mannnnn! Plus it’s on the who website. Read. I LOVE POPCORN!

Kettle corn kettle and burner is about 800 to 1200 go on eBay and look around they are there. I built my own out of half a 55 gallon steel drum!

Mushroom popcorn is like chewing on a piece of flavored styrofoam!

Where's the gloves??? They touch their aprons or wipe their hands on their pants??? Where's the gloves???

Coffee and Popcorn are Agriculture not Health Dept regulated. Only two foods in history that have not had a food borne related illnesses. I LOVE POPCORN. Facts!
