I have a lot of models, Hpi, Traxxas, Vaterra but to be fair the Hpi savage Xs is one of my favourites as it drives awesome, very very fast & very compact. I have 3 of the XS now the latest being the Vaughn Gittin Jr Signature Edition. I highly recommend their Hpi Savage Xs

One of my favourite basher trucks. Love its compact size and it takes a hell of beating!! Especially after my HD upgrades. This thing is a mini tank.

This car is great fun. It's crazy fun.. however. When I bought it just after release about 6 years ago, I found it was a pig to maintain and take apart. The drive cups and centre drive shaft cups would get eaten after a short number of runs, so I sold it. Not sure if any HD parts were released for it. I am always tempted to get one again.

I've got one and it is ballistic,back flips galore lol

I had the green one. It WAS a handful on 3s & the tires were terrible. I would like to see how Badlands or belted Trenchers would perform on it now. Too bad I sold it ages ago.

The white isn't the best color it could be in, I'm thinking darker would be better

If it’s anything similar to a savage xl it has a lot of power on 6s but really hard to find parts because hpi went out of Business so if you find diffs stockpile them

If your curious at all, it actually isn’t that bad, pretty simple, 11 screws ya got the esc, reciever box, and motor with tranny out
