Hi Frist i would like to thank you for your time on this youtube video I have few questions on how to tune The new GM vehicle's with Hp tuners , I am trying to tune my 2016 Tahoe (E92 PCM ) 1-Can please explain the workflow on tune each of MAF & Speed Density ? 2- can you please explain to me how the Dynamic Airflow work? 3-the best way to tune the spark advance with out loosing lots of power 4- the best way on tuneing the virtual volumetric efficiency that have MAP/Baro pressure Ratio Best Regards
Where did you get that table @the 26 minute mark
I use ltft to tune my drivability areas, check the stft to make sure its levelled out. My stft will swing as much as 12 in either direction while my ltft will give me an average.. i tried using stft to tune but unless its for general ballparking it would throw my vve table off real quick.. also my e38 is speed density only.. if the vve table isnt baby butt smooth then the ecu will have a hissy fit.

i agree i never disable LTFT its a great tool at least for the start to make large swing changes
I'm very interested in your series, and I have subscribed. I would ask you to consider doing away with whatever background music is being captured in the video. For me this type of information that you are presenting requires concentration, and the background music just makes it much more difficult to do that.

@@TrackstarMediaworks nice I've got a 2011 Camaro SS automatic. How would you go about on deleting the DOD/VVT?
i have hp tuners.. i have a 2008 hhrss with a 2.0 turboed ecotec. is their a way i could log the car and send you the info and you send me a tune. i know how to down load the tunes and everything. if so how much would a tune cost i have a cold air intake, a catless down pipe, 3 bar maps, and an upgraded bov.
you know the basics.
I'm in need of some assistance. I just did a new cam ls7 lifter DoD kit etc. Now I am getting a P0010 code and the guy who done the tune don't really know what's going on or how to fix it can you please reach out to me. duration .050 intake is 225 exhaust 236. lobe lift .370 exhaust .362 valve lift @1.7 intake.629 exhaust .615 lobe separation intake 114 exhaust .615 intake center line intake 109
excellent video! why do dodge hemis have less timing vs chevy any idea? like dodge at wot spark i see max 24 vs chevy even in 30

Because their spark plug is more centrally located. So it doesn't need the additional lead time. Chambers are also more efficient. Cluster removal cross-flow like a wedged chambered head
I would love to see a 5th gen Camaro like salvaged rebuilt with a lq9 turbo, custom turbo cam, ls3 black label heads, and a full exhaust

That would be sweet! We do have my Camaro that we are still in the middle of its a 5th Gen. Ls 3 with All the Texas Speed goodies front to back and a kraftwerks blower . And bunch more ! Great video, I'm totally interested in watching the rest of the series. Question, if you decided to add a 4l80e on that camaro, along with the corresponding tcm, can hptuners join the original ecm and the tcm from the 4l80e, meaning can it be done?

We're you using wideband or no? I couldn't catch it. I'm putting a stock ls3 with some bolt-ons in a 69 camaro and am debating if I will need wideband or if I can do enough without.

Definitely take the time and install a Wideband!!
A lot of good info I got a 2010 camaro ss I have done tsp f35 cam 4000 stall cat delete 3” exhaust, headers cold air I’m having a few issues was wondering if I emailed you my tune if you would mind taking a gander at it when you had a lil extra time I’m sure your pretty busy .... I use hp tuners as well

Do you do mail tunes. I had my fifth gen tuned w HP Tuners. And Now it won’t cold start on its own it takes 4 tries. He said he would tune my tranny n didn’t. Basically I want someone who KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING. Then he got mad when I was telling him what I was looking for. His ego kept us from communicating without wanting to grab him through the phone.
