Real nice product and would recommend. It is portable as it can fit in pockets or small bags. ‘Paper’ is affordable and requires no ink. Much more affordable than other cameras out there 😁

+nikki leong By default, the Sprocket is set to turn off after 5 minutes. You can change when the printer automatically turns off using the HP sprocket app. Turn on the Sprocket. On your mobile device, open the HP sprocket app. Tap the Menu icon , and then tap sprocket. Tap Printer Settings. The Sprocket information screen displays. Tap Auto Off under the Settings section. Select when you want the Sprocket to automatically turn off, and then tap the Back arrow to save the setting. Please let us know how it goes.

Why won’t my sprocket turn off I’ve tried to power it off and even restart it several times and I’ve even charged it over night it just won’t turn off and the led lights on it won’t turn off either and it’s not even working like I can’t take pictures or print anything out and I’ve always been careful with it so can you please lend me some assistance

i just asked the same question with an HP rep...the only difference is that the plus prints are 2.3 x 3.4in. and the regular sprocket prints are 2 x 3in. and the plus is about $20 more expensive...

I had mine on and it shut off automatically and it won’t turn back on, it’s been charging for awhile now but still won’t turn on.

+Tessa 1017 Let's try these steps - Turn off the device by sliding the Power Switch until the Status Indicator LED Light goes dark. If this does not turn off the HP Sprocket 2-in-1, try a reset - Remove the Paper Cover and locate the pin-hole near the Paper Tray. Insert a straight pin into the hole to press the Reset Button until the printer turns off. Restart the device.

My sprocket 2 in 1 prints out photos with reddish pinkish hues, is that normal?

The Sprocket information screen displays. Tap Flash under the Settings section. The Flash settings display. Select the desired flash setting. Auto: The camera flashes depending on environmental lighting conditions. On: The camera always flashes for each instant photo. Off: The camera never flashes. Tap the back button on your mobile device to save the setting.

It won’t let me turn it on and it’s been charging all day and it says it’s dead

All those negative comments on this product were true. I hate myself giving 2nd chance for HP products. ・Overheat easily ・enable to connect via bluetooth smoothly (connection is weak and easily interfered by other products too) ・photo quality is false advertised (looked really faded) ・paper jam and not loading paper smoothly (a roller to push papers are tilted I think that's why papers are not loading properly ・charge really slow I've bought a HP laptop, a home printer previously and this product but all of them malfunctioned or had technical issues. You should change your company name, HP stands for Horrible Products. I truly regret buying HP products but a lesson learned, I will never again purchase HP products.
