The processor is really hidden, does this mean that you shouldn't upgrade it say from an i5 to an i7?

is this laptop graphic card BGA type or MXM type (is the graphics card changable? or upgradable?)

all these stupid videos forget to mention/show an "optional" security screw located within the battery bay that will prevent the service bay from sliding off!! ...I nearly broke the laptop trying to force it off! just check the manual instead!! useless!!
