Gracias.

Si yo no fuera tan viejo, me sonrojaría con tanto elogio. Muchas gracias Don Juan.

I remember doing this using the new (at the time) HP-15C. :)

For me it was the "new" HP 35, then the HP 67, and the HP 41c. What a time, huh?

@@rolinychupetin Oh yes. :) My best friend in high school had a HP-35, and I had a slide rule. Needless to say, he had a better allowance agreement with his parents between the two of us. :) Some of the other kids had the TI calculators (saving a couple hundred bucks compared to the HP-35 IIRC) and there was no end of the arguing over whose calculator had the wrong value for Pi. I'm guessing that one used a lookup value, and the other used 355/113. We attended Air Academy High School on the grounds of the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO and as part of taking the brand new computer class we were allowed to use the Burroughs mainframe "up the hill" at the academy. Punch cards, paper tape, teletype, and 110 baud modems. I can still remember my user code, WRT0278. No password. These days I'm retired, and I mostly collect rather than use calculators. :) The DM42 and the Prime being the exceptions, both of them are fantastic! And I also collect slide rules. :)

Dear Professor Linares, I am extremely impressed by your playlists for both the HP Prime and the HP 50g. I am currently learning as much as I can about both of these fantastic calculators! Can you tell me please if you plan on expanding your playlists, in particular, for the HP Prime, as well as for the HP 50g? Thank you for publishing these videos! They are extremely useful to me. I am a general scientist with a strong background in Mathematics, Physics and Information Technology. Best wishes, Jason Allan.

This occurred to me while explaining a better use of symbolic math software to a student of my class wrestling with Thevenin equivalents. A student with a taste for mathematics. It worked, he did understand, so i thought I would share it on KZread. If it is somewhere in a book, I do not know. There are throusands of people over the planet thinking along similar lines. An example, Leon Thevenin had the same idea that Hermmann Von Helmholtz had already had almost a century before, and Leon had no idea that Helmholtz had even written his findings before Leon had even been born.
