Do we need to clean with petrol only

Firstly I thought it won't work...because lot of other videos asked to the same by removing RAM and reinsert but in this video suggestions w.r.t. hard drive and RAM cleaning using kerosene/ petrol etc and atlast pushing power on button for 30 secs without plugin... And that's where it worked trust me...It helped...Thanks
