HP Envy x360 Laptop - Customer Broke The Hinge! Let's Fix This

Hey guys, welcome back to my newest video. In this video i will be repairing and going over on how to fix this broken hinge, on this convertible HP Envy laptop. I will cover most bases for this repair, and also how to do it if your hinge breaks. You will need a few tools. This repair is difficult, and i would not recommend it to a beginner tech - however you cant learn to repair if you don't try. Don't be afraid to fail!

I normally would charge around $150. Sometimes it can be a lot of work
Do you think this is safe for a beginner to try to emulate/repair? I cant afford to repair/replace it mine and it just broke

I don’t think it’s a good idea for a beginner to try… it’s harder than it looks to be honest! You can definitely try it if you’re up for it. Have you got any quotes to fix it?

@@willfix1t unfortunately it just broke when I got home from work this evening but without going into too much detail tech repairs are a bit out of my budget
