Thanks for the detailed review. Do you know if I'll have all the features (SureView, BIOS checks, conference call keys) even if I reinstall Windows 10 Pro from scratch? I'd like to avoid all the preloaded software I won't use, and I feel more comfortable with an OS I had installed myself.

Use a piece of cellotape to stick on the sim card tray and pull it out.

Is there a sim card slot for this unit?

It's a dummy model, so no it doesn't. It has a slot that was not yet updated to it. Hope that helps.

If the SIM tray doesn't come out, you probably don't have the cellular model

You need an external disc reader.

Well this is the first time i've watched a "first impressions" video where you don't actually get to see it even start up and show a screen! why? You go to all the trouble to make a video and don't bother to plug it in? really ? was it late? Am I missing something? because how can you give a first impressions opinion without seeing it switched on? Please someone tell me I'm being picky? Lol
