same issue ha kal ek bhai ne 3 hazar le k bios chip utar ki downgrade kr k update kia wahan thik chala r wapas aa k phir woi scene ho gya ha...ab ye try karny c pehly udr ja k us se pesy wapas lene hain kya ap k hal c se ye masla permanent hal ho jayega?

Hello bro mera HP ka elitebook ha mein youtube par video dekhrha tha or mera laptop kafi hang b horha tha mere laptop ki bettry kharab hogai ha tou mei direct chalta ha well tou jab mein video dekh rha tha tou us waqt light chali gai jab dubara light aai or meine laptop on kia tou screen par bht saray multi colour dots arhay thay lekin windows on honay ka process b dikhrha tha phir achnak say pura screen par multi dot agae or laptop hang hogiya uskay badh meine off karke on kia tou laptop on tou horha ha lekin screen black show horhi ha. Meine ram b clean karke lagai. Lekin koi faida nhi hua tou kia issue ho sagtay ha ab.

@@infotopic it's similar to the one on the video. My biggest issue is that the laptop lights up for a short time ( my keyboard has backlights) and I can see the power button, mute button, wifi button light up then the backlights go off but the laptop fan starts to move fast and as I remove the laptop back I can feel my ssd and other part of the laptop heat up . This happens twice and then the 5 blinks from the caps lock button and f12 key

@@kelvinbrian4422 Many HP Bios use 5 beeps to indicate memory problems. I would try reseating memory first and if that does not work, remove one memory bank at a time. You can also try to get into the bios and run diagnostics as this might give you
