can you expand on your problem: "just turn on the mains???" you mean it turns on but nothing on the screen no logo nothing, and turns off after a bit? also i have a video based on x455 is that your laptop? kzread.info/dash/bejne/qKChl8xpc8_TmNI.html
I can also use some help bruv My laptop shutdown when i plug in the charger but it works absolutely fine when not charging.

im sorry i never got so confused about what you just said. when you plug in the charger and you power on , does it power on? and once you get to the desktop it shutdown suddenly or it says shutting down?

No the screen remains black

When it is already on and i plug in the ac it shuts down immediately the screen turns black and the airplane buttons lights starts blinking orange and white.....

But when i charge it and then unplug the power it powers on and works just fine so i have to stop what im doing and charge it when the battery gooes low and the continue using it.
