I have 5275 but sad to say, once the cartridge malfunctioned, the whole units is not serviceable. We first had a cartridge error jam even though there's no paper blocking the way and eventually, the scanner did not work for unknown reason. Our printer is already a year old, hence, it is beyond warranty. We submitted the unit to HP Service Center in the Philippines. To our dismay, they advised us to replace the entire unit as parts can no longer be purchased. In short, this printer is sort of a disposable one once it's broke. Not worth a penny buying this one for long term use.
