@@jayjohnson8312 keep it up! What’s worked for me so far was 1) externalizing the urge (it’s not me that wants to drink, it’s demon rum) and 2) visualizing a rising and falling sea and knowing that the urge might be stronger now but it will be weak later if I just wait long enough.

Why would it get canceled? I looked it up and everything just says it means to moisten your mouth because you cant whistle with a dry mouth. Is there a second meaning?
