The fact that this man can and has played to stadiums full of thousands of people and then he's happy to perform in front of like 50 drunk people who aren't listening to him is a testament to his amazing humbleness and character in general.
If I sat that close while he sang Work Song, I'd probably be under and unbreakable trance and follow his band at every tour stop for the rest of eternity!

Me to, I’d be done and trance like also.🙂💕
Thank you to the people shushing and then yelling at the crowd to shut the f*ck up during Parting Glass. Literally.. The song deserved silence even if it took half the song to quiet everyone down!

Personally, as a musician I can't think of nothing less eyebrow-rising than someone screaming "shut the fuck up" during your performance. Both because for a split second you can't help thinking "shit, are they heckling me?" and then "oh, they're just shouting at the rest of the crowd. For me... ooook... thanks?"
I remember this night very vividly...I was in a motel room like 30 miles away from there. I got an alert and watched this live in my bed. The few days before it had been absolute hell on earth. This made it a little bit better ❤ 😸 Only wish I could have actually been there.
I liked the little flute jam in the beginning. He can play anything he’s so talented. That’s a rowdy setting for his music 😂 he would do well singing in a beautiful garden haha
Raise a glass for me on your birthday. Great to see you again.
thank you for this

I'd have given my right arm and sold my gran to see this. Amazing
Hozier/Andrew is the life of my soul ❤️!
Sigggghhh. So happy to share such a close up view of the Master.

I wish the crowd would quiet down and appreciate what they are listening to.
