You mentioned if the video is meant to be sexual! There's a couple interpretations with one being about Hades and Perspephone if I recall- they are regarded in some intepretations/views as having children. One interpetation I'd say is interesting and pretty believable comes down to the title- "A Seat at the Table". The people in the focus are the ones who societally have a "seat at the table" - white men and women. The woman is fighting for more while the staff/non-seated (a black woman, asian man, androgynous person, etc) can only look. We don't know what they whisper to her, but at the end (you may have missed it) they throw a match onto her lap with assumed intent to take her seat at the table. It's a really good video overall from one of my favorite artists.
