Hozho is back with the first solo album of his career. Since the last album produced with Black Hertz in 2017 (Beyond the Horizon), the unique musical style of the Portuguese producer has evolved quite a lot aesthetically, with more minimalist details and a smarter composition. Yin Yang is the result of the perfect balance between dark power synths, basslines and harmonious melodies, with vocal elements that make us fly while we dance throughout the tracks, proving that Melodark Minimal is here to stay!

En un principio creí poderlos compararlos por la "similitud" de su estilo, pero después de escuchar bastante a Hozho me dí cuenta que no se puede porque son diferentes. Boris es bastante estático, con 3 o 4 melodías muy buenas pero en toda la duración del tema no hay más que eso. Hozho tiene un estilo más cambiante, alterna con el dark minimal y la melodía trance en cada compás, y lo hace en cada canción. Cada uno de sus temas son una experiencia por sí mismos, un viaje en el cual cada minuto siempre se agrega un sonido o una melodía más que lo hace diferente al anterior, pudiéndote sorprender en cualquier momento. Me recuerda mucho a la época dorada del trance de Tiesto y Armin en la cual era imposible cansarse o aburrirse de una canción debida a la variedad de sonidos que poseían. No busco decir que uno es mejor que el otro porque justamente son diferentes, y eso es lo mejor.

not so much, Boris is most creative in more tracks, hozho tends to scatter his sounds losing the identity on each one unlike Brejcha
