After a tragic accident killed many of my Hoyas, I've decided to house all of my Hoyas in the greenhouse now. But to do so required some inventive use of space and a contraption that would hold them all. I wanted something you could easily build with almost no tool, wouldn't sag under the weight of the pots, and last a long, long time. Hence the final product shown here.
This video isn't meant to show you how to build this structure, but rather how the structure looks once complete. For instructions on how to build something similar, see my video • Easy, quick and inexpe... . Even though that trellis is for containers, the same exact principal applies to building this. You can hang many, many hanging containers on it, and you can modify it to whatever you want it to be.
As I rebuild my Hoya collection, I'll be making more and more of these. Fun! Great for holding anything from Hoya fitchii, to Hoya callistophylla, Hoya tanngamus and more!
