Great video. Would be even better if you got someone with a more mellifluous speaking voice to deliver the commentary!

Howth was dead and lifelessfrom 2008 - 2018.. no hotels, petrol stations or night life. It’s finally getting a long over due boost.

@@bid84 if the vultures get their way you will not be able to turn around without bumping into houses they are going to destroy every piece of space. in fact howth will become a hell hole to live in.

@@richardmartin8585 Yea I get what you mean, Howth is a beautifull place but the traffic is terrible at the weekend when the sun is out, won’t be helped by new builds going up. I work in Howth, but not sure I’d fancy living there.

@@bid84 the apt on the old parsons site was bought up by a vulture fund every apt will be let out the deerpark grounds are next a survey waas done on traffic it stated that within 3 years if you start at dart staion by the time you reah dollymount strand it will be 2 hours.

@@richardmartin8585 Didn’t know it was a Vulture Fund deal, the people of Ireland need to revolt and stick it to the government, unfortunately we have become a passive nation. Water charges and there was murder, why are we allowing foreign investors to become the landlords of the future? That traffic prediction sounds grim, Howth will grind to a halt.
