I live in Miami Beach (Aventura) and about a year or so ago, you were on a Big Billboard on the exit off of the 95 at Hollywood Blvd. You were playing at the Hard Rock. Before that I saw your picture hanging in a Soul Food Restaurant in Santa Clarita, CA on the corner of Bouquet Canyon and Soledad Canyon. The man who owned the restaurant said you were friends. God has truly blessed me too with the people He has put into my life. After Buchtel, I went on to teach at North for 4 years, then to LA where I taught most of my life, to Vegas for a few years, then back to LA (schools in the Valley..Nobel Jr. High, Birmingham High school (the bulk of my teaching), El Camino High School, Panorama High School..then Vasquez High School in Acton, CA. Now they have recruited me in to help out at Don Soffer Aventure High Schoo here where I live. That makes 44 years. My favorite years were at Buchtel though. I was too young to know better..ha ha. If you are ever in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area…you are always welcome here. Please keep in contact.
