"The Kriya Yogi mentally directs his life energy to revolve, upward and downward, around the six spinal centers (medullary, cervical, dorsal, lumbar, sacral, and coccygeal plexuses) which correspond to the twelve astral signs of the zodiac, the symbolic Cosmic Man. One half-minute of revolution of energy around the sensitive spinal cord of man effects subtle progress in his evolution; that half-minute of Kriya equals one year of natural spiritual unfoldment."
The process of performing Kriya Yoga is claimed to lead to a certain purification of the blood which frees up the life force to withdraw into the spine. "Kriya Yoga is a simple, psycho-physiological method by which the human blood is decarbonized and recharged with oxygen. The atoms of this extra oxygen are transmuted into life current to rejuvenate the brain and spinal centers. By stopping the accumulation of venous blood, the yogi is able to lessen or prevent the decay of tissues; the advanced yogi transmutes his cells into pure energy. Elijah, Jesus, Kabir and other prophets were past masters in the use of Kriya or a similar technique, by which they caused their bodies to materialize and dematerialize at will."

Start living everyday as if all desires have been fulfilled. You are the Supreme Brahman. You are the whole. Knowing that why would you desire anything? Everything comes out of you. Abide in this knowledge that all your desires are fulfilled and nothing is left and be thankful and happy everyday. It will be wiped out sooner or later.

Once you start walking on the path of spirituality with sincerity and dedication. Slowly you witness her/ his presence with in you and then around you. With the grace of God love of God cultivate in your heart makes you yarns for him/her and you don't hav to understand complex yogic kriya. Gyan will automatically comes or it will start flowing from you as you are getting one with the God. But difficulty is that rarely anyone walk on the spritual path with dedication.

Physical immortality is impossible for man, who has been born under original sin. Adam and Eve were not yogi's or avatars. They were the first human beings created by God, and placed in a paradise on this earth. They had the age of 33 when they were created, so they were never born from a mother. God Himself formed them out of the dust of the earth. It is not a symbolical story, it happened for real. They had all the precious natural and supernatural gifts of God to be happy, they were healthy, did not suffer in any way, and lived in a paradise. But satan the fallen Angel came to seduce them, and he lied to Eve saying that if she would eat from the tree, forbidden by God, she would become equal to God. He also told her that she would never die if she did. That was a lie, but Eve believed it, and she took the fruit and ate it. After that she seduced Adam to eat of the fruit. If she had listened to God's commands and had not eaten of the forbidden fruit, if she had not sinned, both Adam and Eve would have been taken up into heaven with body and soul, after their lifetime, without dying. Death only came into the world as the just punishment for this first sin. Ever since then, all men born out of woman have on their soul the stain of this original sin, and this stain can only be washed away by the christian Baptism, in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. The only creature ever, who has been born without this stain of original sin, contracted from Adam and Eve, is Mary, the holy Mother of Jesus Christ, the Godman. Jesus Christ Himself is not a creature, He is the incarnation of the second Person of the Holy Trinity, God Himself. He redeemed the whole of mankind with His Blood sacrifice on the Cross. Mary is the only one who did not contract this original sin, and was born from her mother st. Anne and her father saint Joachim. She was completely pure and without any bad tendency whatsoever. God had chosen her to be His mother on earth. www.todayscatholicworld

You are in the wrong place, let people have their own believes.if you are so satisfy with your believes that's good, but respect other's believes.that idea of needing to convince others of your own believes only shows your insecurity and lack of real spiritual knowledge. Is like saying my true is the only true and thats it.why Christians are so intolerant of other religions and want to impose their believes on others? is because it bothers them that someone things different. that's shows insecurity and fear.fear of been wrong.simple as that.

Christians are the furthest thing from god. You follow ridiculous laws yet don’t follow the principles of Jesus which is supposed to be your spiritual leader, and all he preached was to respect your neighbor and love unconditionally, you guys are the most lost individuals in the human spiritual community.

@@sumanrawat9462 No he didn't die willingly, he died too soon. The "plan" was to grant his student Yogananda the opportunity to meet with his master one last time, but while Yogananda was busy travelling to the ashram in Puri, Yukteswar died without ever having had the opportunity to say Goodbye from his beloved student. So things did not work out as planned. Nobody controls his death.

@@petervan333 because he didn't do anything to keep his body going, he had no need to stay longer as he is already enlightened. He just let his body go and he is not gone either, this body is a mere shell, it is not him. His master can always reach him, if he wishes to.

@@Jay-tu9vf If he would have kept his end of the deal, he would still be alive when Mukunda arrived by train, would he not? But apparently he couldn't. And that is because he is just a man, he is not God. He cannot control his life or his death. Only God can. You say he can always reach his disciple whenever he wishes, yes that is the Hindu propaganda story. Yoganandas Autobiography claims that Shri Yukteswar came to visit him during his stay in a Bombay hotel, in a so-called "resurrected" body (Chapter 43). But it was a fake, it wasn't a real resurrected body, it was a "copy". It was NOT like the Resurrection of Christ. Read the story carefully (it's in Chapter 43 of "Autobiography of a Yogi") and you will notice something. It is NOT A PHYSICAL resurrection! What does Mukunda say to the apparition in his hotelroom in Bombay? This is what he says: "But is it you, Master, the same Lion of God? Are you wearing a body like the one I buried beneath the cruel Puri sands"? "Yes, my child", is the apparition's answer, "I am the same. This is a flesh and blood body, though I see it as ethereal, to your sight, it is physical. From the cosmic atoms I created an entirely new body exactly LIKE the dream-physical body which you laid beneath the dream-sands at Puri in your dream-world. I am in truth resurrected, NOT ON EARTH BUT ON THE ASTRAL PLANE". In other words, Yukteswars mortal remains WERE STILL UNDER THE SANDS IN PURI AT THE MOMENT OF THIS APPARITION, and they still are to this day. Do you know what that means? It means his "resurrection" was a FAKE. BY HIS OWN ADMISSION, the apparition claiming to be Yukteswar Giri, explains that the body which Mukunda is clenching in his arms, IS A COPY OF THE REAL ONE! This is Satans handwriting and it proves the falsification he used to make Mukunda believe he was his deceased master. He made it look like a resurrection of Christ, but only to those who do not know the truth, that Jesus Christ is the only one who is truely physicallly resurrected from the dead. Can the Devil copy a physical body? Yes, he can. In the Book of Tobit (The Old Testament of the Bible) you can read how angels are capable of appearing to humans in physical bodies which cannot be distinguished from real. This is most likely what happened at the Bombay hotel room. Not a "resurrection" of Shri Yukteswar, but an apparition of an evil spirit, posing as Shri Yukteswar, and deceptively suggesting that the Hindu master was raised from the dead like Christ. In reality, Yukteswars soul has gone to the afterlife and will not be raised from the dead until Judgment Day, when he will appear before the Judgment of Christ, like you and me, like everybody else.

@@petervan333 very wrong and you have been brainwashed by Christian texts. Christ never rose from the dead ! He never died on the cross. This has been confirmed by both certain enlightened beings and Islamic texts. The resurrection of Christ was the way for the church to add divinity to jesus which they hijacked from the middle east and make him into a messiah to control the masses. Even jesus miracles are fake ! Why would he bring a dead person back from the dead who will eventually die anyway??? To show off his power and excel his own ego? . This is a fake story made up by the church to scare people into following their divine figure. And still gullible people like you belive it. The only devil is man's ignorance to blindly follow text without his own research.
