A quick demo of how Xpedition PCB should do flag notes.
The motion graphics is built in. That's what produces the dynamic action, placing the leader, note number, and flag (the triangle shape) wherever the cursor is moved.
First click sets the location of the arrowhead point, then the graphics follow the cursor until the 2nd click. On the 2nd click, the flag note callout is placed and stays there
But Xpedition doesn't have this. Too bad.
