You're not supposed to. Odds are just aggregate guesses with prevailing information.

I follow Eurovision more closely since 2017 and this is the first time that the odds favourite doesn't win

Last year the betting odds favorite did win, the last time the odds favorite didn’t win was 2016 when Ukraine won from 3rd in the odds. It’s also worth noting that usually the odds favorite wins because you know people see something in the entry even though they is the chance they may not win the televote or jury

@@VenlaKaroliinajury is good because they actually give points to songs that sing good not songs with the best performance. And a lot of people vote Israel or Ukraine without even watching just because they like the country not the song. So the jury already gives the best singers an advantage

Zero promotional betting and the odds are not allowed in Portugal.

Tbh I think the RAI leak regarding the Semi televotes screwed the odds up. Ironically Switzerland was leading the odds prior to the rehersals. If they would have kept that it would have been more accurate

Yeah, having concrete evidence that a Israel may have won the semi (which they did) by a massive margin really screwed the chances of every other qualifier from semi 2. Anyone who didnt want Israel to win would vote a country in semi 1 or the big 5 to compete, not semi 2. I suspect the most of the televote results for most countries in semi 2 are lower than they would be without the leak. For a non Israel entry in semi 2 to have won after that would have been through a massive jury push like with Nemo.

never happened that first position had 52% winning chances and odds 1,5 and didnt win. Never also happened that winner was only 5 by people. That means the win is rigget. This was rigget jury voting Bookmakers did not predict fraud

the odds if someone eins from the betting-Sites, the lower the rate the higher the chance they are going to win. croatia had a 1.7 rate, switzerland i think 4 or something like that

After almost 50 years of watching Eurovision and being a huge fan till about 2013..... Watching was horrendous in every way. The only thing that made our night was Croatia not winning.... Israel and the public vote and oliie getting a well deserved nil points. We're hoping eurovision will be cancelled ASAP. The entertainment value ended years ago. It's a disgrace now. It really has to go

@@markusstudeli2997 I agree. When the last three were Switzerland, France and Croatia I was like you know what, Im fine with any of these three... Would have preferred Croatia as well, and had France as my second favorite. But noone can take this win away from Nemo, his performance gave me goosebumps!

Nemo deserved to win, he worked so hard and that performance was 10/10 he did a great job and his reaction was even better ❤️‍🩹
