Not only that marvelous fact , but the name cats were called by the ancient Egyptians was “Mu” or ( as I love to think it’s pronounced as being ….”Mew” ) I adore cats and have always found it necessary to my life and emotional health to have at least 2 around at all times!

Lol, it's a myth that cats were worshipped in ancient Egypt. Archaeology suggests that their companionship was mutually beneficial, just as today, and in upper class households they were kept as pets. There was the cat headed goddess Bastet, especially popular from the 3rd through the 2nd millennium BCE, and cats were often depicted as representations. Sadly, they were also bred, sold, killed and mummified for ritual purposes. Hardly what we'd consider being worshipped themselves. It's charming and romantic to think they were worshipped and the nature of most cats lends itself easily to that idea. But it is incorrect.

What about a mountain lion?

We had a tuxedo cat named George. He knew he was all that! One day a vision came to me that he was a Tuba player in a symphony orchestra. He wore a tuxedo to all his gigs. Then we found out he was masquerading as a hungry lonesome kitty to the next door neighbors. They fed him, played with him and named him “Butler” …….so there was one of his nine lives that he lived with a cloth napkin draped over his arm and he served with elegance and grace with a touch of cuteness……..He was delightful

We had a smoke Persian named George! We used to say he was the reincarnation of Winston Churchill... except that WC was still alive. George lived from 1945 to 1963 and was an incredible cat! 19 pounds of muscle and fearless as a tiger. He once ran a German Shepherd and a dalmatian dog out of our yard! Both dogs were easily three times his size, but when we came out to the commotion, these two dogs were running for their lives, with Georgie tangled in the Shepherd's collar. He shattered his jaw in the attack on the dogs, and we had to feed him with an eyedropper for three or four weeks while his wired-together jaw healed. He lived another 12 years! he was a dynamo.

Our tuxedo cat was named Caleb. He was a goofy boy who took his job as alpha seriously. He would wait patiently while our other cats ate and he would then eat. He was my husband in a cat suit. He has been gone 4 years now and I miss him terribly. His liter mate, Callie a beautiful calico, was a loyal sister. He passed in March and she followed him in June. No matter how many fur babies you have, losing them cuts like a knife.❤

I sorely miss my Ophelia, who was a dusky marmalade cat and, as my daughter once stated, was a spoilt old lady wearing a fur coat and pearls. She never wore pearls, but had it been in my power or her inclination, we absolutely would have made that happen! RIP Ophelia, the one who lived with no other thought than to love and be loved by me!

She had babies and we didn’t want to separate them so we kept them all - an orange one, two tabbies, a black one and a grey-white one. Our newest member is a Tuxedo, Maggie. Our neighbours abandoned her and moved so we took her in.

My daughter and I have 12 cats that we've rescued from the streets. Five of them are tuxedos (Puck, McCoy, Dot, Adric, Pufnstuf), and I guess ours all missed the memo because they are definitely not sophisticated. They are our silly, derpy delights. Although, I could see them looking quite cool in those hoodies. Our tortoieshell, Rowan , however does fit the bill. She answers to "beautiful", and would look stunning in these outfits. 😻😻😻😻😻😻 😂

Could you do mixed breeds based on the city they hail from? Seems like that would be funny. I've never had a pure bred cat, but lived in different countries with pets (cats and dogs) and boy are their personalities different!

My 1st black and white was renamed by me - Archibald, as in Archibald Leach. This was at least 10yrs before the name went 'hip'. He was a true partner, even wanting to greet/check out visitors, any incoming post or packages. Helped build flat pack. I miss him still.

I had a white Turkish Angora named Princess Lucybelle. I never attempted to put clothes on her, but re the name, I did imagine her as a Princess, probably Princess Diana in feline form if you wanted to get reallt analytical.

Ahhh the wonderful, rugged, affectionate and beautiful Norwegian Forests, dressed perfectly Hygge Scandi chic, thank you for including one of my previous suggestions! The Turkish Angoras looks were amazing as well, all those light silk suits and beautiful pale dresses. Please do the Siberian and Chinchilla or Smoke Persian cats next! This is admittedly my favourite thing on YT, it's impeccably done and I have for years imagined cats in various outfits and this brings it to life! More! Ps You could do Koalas, Rabbits, Pandas.....
