Gosh you never disappoint. Like pile 3 is dead on me like what?! And when you said „this is giving me a headache“ was crazy because I have constant strong migraine as of lately. And My environment is very toxic and negative and yes I’ve been hurt many times to the point I turned off my emotions. And I do cut off people easily if they act not right (mean, disrespectful etc.) and I feel very frustrated and a lot of anger because my mom can’t really communicate properly and I‘ve realized that like you said talking thru anger isn’t going to improve nothing so I’ve been shut down. And I honestly don’t like being stuck in toxicity and just wanna get out. As if your reading my mind. Pile 3. Again, this was so much deeper than I expected it to be lol. Recently I went on a date with someone. He didn't hurt me, but he was hurt before, and I recognized that, but I eventually cut off contact because i sensed he was putting me on a pedestal, like expecting me to rescue him, almost? To bring light to his life? That's too codependent. And the way he talked just seemed kind of powerless. I have been there before, I do have sympathy, it's not easy to be in that position, but as a romantic partner, it's not doing it for me. I'm not here to be a surrogate mom.
