MARN no. also tells how many year experience agent have. 3. Need to complete one year diploma course in migration to get registered as agent. 4. Need 7 band in ielts overall to complete registration. 5. Blacklisted agents if any wrong doing find & proved according to Migration Act 1958. Hon able PM Modi ji always tells India ka danka bajta hai but when I saw your video then I realised danka nahi dank bajta hai. Now you can campare with our system where Indian diaspora numbers are more than population of multiple countries.Things speaks itself.

These agents are working in India and MEA does not have any jurisdiction on them. They can only be controlled by Police which works under orders of State government.

My experience is totally different. I visited France(Paris/Strasbourg/Marseille), Italy (Rome/Venice/Florence), Switzerland(Lucerne/Interlaken). Second time, I visited France(Paris), Belgium(Brussels), Germany (Baden Baden, Munich) and Netherland (Amsterdam). I couln't visit UK as it required other visa other than Schengen Visa, which is valid for 21 EU countries. By the way on both occasions, I applied for Visa both times with French Embassy and both the time my entry/exit point was Paris.

That is just due to government approaches. Countries might give you visa free arrival your ranking improves but even after visa free those countries will make it very hard for you to go further from there

India also follow the same rule. Even for changing flight in India for another country, you may require transit visa and you cannot leave the airport.

I believe Albanian Visa is not required for Indian passport holders with previously issued Schegen or US Visa as per website and Wikipedia information.
