Because it usually feels so, This person would rather gaslight and manipulate me than admit the obvious. Thank God I had receipts from a WhatsApp conversation. She was going to make me believe I remembered wrong. Like edit my memories for me. It was appalling. And make me feel bad I did something wrong. Until I brought the receipts. Even then she didn't own up. Just waited for it all to pass like it never happened. Couldn't see her the same after that.
