Your message has changed my life, and my body. I wasn’t seeing results with the move more eat less message. I was overtraining, injured and undernourished. After listen to you for a year, I finally took a leap of faith and trusted your process. I started focusing on building muscle and strength, and increased my calories and protein. Anabolic, and proper training and eating changed my life, and my body. I’m working out less than I ever did, and at 40 I have the body I wanted at 20. And I can maintain my figure effortlessly now.

For years I’ve been told that I’m going to look like a man if I lift heavy. I spent time as the only woman on the men’s” side because the weights on the “women’s”side were too light. I’m so excited that that no longer is true. Women are strong and powerful and our bodies can do amazing things. Cheers guys, thanks for contributing to the change!!!!

This message has been life-changing for me. Before I found you guys, I would wake up every day trying to figure out how I could eat in a deficit without affecting my performance too much. Little did I know that I was living in a state of being under fed and tired all the time. You guys gave me the courage to start feeding my body and training, and now I can say that I feel stronger and mentally happier than I have been in a long time. It is so hard to live in a state of deprivation, it actually gets depressing mentally. I would love to win the maps muscle mommy program! I have been reading Sal's book The Resistance Revolution which has been so helpful in showing me what exercises to do. I only started listening to you guys two or three months ago so I haven't bought any Maps programs yet

The first time I gained an appreciation for the muscular female form was when I stumbled upon the Crossfit Games documentary around 6-7 years ago. Seeing the competitors do insane fitness challenges made me look into strength training. Took me a while to start and Mind Pump programs definitely help me with keeping consistent with it. I’ve been loving the gym for the last two years and I know this is now a lifelong passion for me.

I stumbled into weight lifting years ago when I moved to a new city with my 2 small girls and a husband that traveled more than he was home. I was lonely, depressed and just wanted a shower and some time to myself. I joined a gym bc it had free child care and I could use their shower without disruptions. I decided to take a barbell class bc it looked easier than cardio. Fast forward 15 years later, my fitness journey is at an all new level as I am in great shape (both physically and mentally) and will continue to do anything I can to build muscle going into the "changing" years ahead of me.

I bought this program on the day it dropped because I was so excited!!! One thing I was curious about: why does this program only have a couple of leg exercises per day? I typically practice a hip thrust, a hinge, and a squat (and/or) lunge each training session with my clients. Obviously, this varies depending on their goals but for the most part, my ladies want to grow their glutes and I’ve seen great results with this method. I’m curious if only a couple moves would be better for muscular hypertrophy in the glutes? Thanks for the awesome podcast guys, you help me be a better coach 💖

You guys have changed my life ..... I have been working out for over 20 years , spinning, Zumba , running and body pump on and off and having to give up due to injuries with my shoulder (frozen) and more recently plantar fasciitis. The struggles I have been through with my weight has been something that's occupied my energy for years until now....I' was weighing myself relentlessly, frustrated trying all sorts of diets , 17 day diet, cabbage diet, diet pills, shakes , weight watchers, slimming world and again nothing worked. I stumbled upon mind pump and you lovely guys via a podcast you held with Charlene Johnson. Ever since I have been hooked , tuning in most mornings with my coffee :) I'm 44 and feel the best I felt in years and have only been adapting my workouts and nutrition with your advice for the last two months. I cannot thank you enough, I have the freedom with my mind and body I never thought possible :) I am weighing myself less, however a cardion conditioned eat less mind is hard to adapt to not weighing myself , this for me will take some time 😢 Thank you so so much ❤❤

I started weight training on my own back in the early 80's. I bought a book by Lisa Lyon for inspiration, some bar bells and a bench. I took a weight training class at the college. Even though I didn't know what I was doing, I noticed changes I'd never seen before, but not long after that, I moved and had to get rid of my equipment. If only I had known this was the key! I starved and struggled and torutured myself with poor or temporary results all my life. If only I had had the education and encouragement to continue on with weight training back then. Where have you guys been all my life!!! Thank you so much for what you are giving to us all ❤

I’ve watched you guys for years and I’ve heard your advice about trying to convince people close to you to improve their health. That is, by example. I am consistent with my workouts, walking, and nutrition. My husband sees these things but is adamant that he just doesn’t have any desire to exercise or strength train. He was athletic in high school; played football and baseball, and broke records in high school weightlifting. He can still bear-hug a clothes dryer and lift it off the back of a truck, no problem. So he thinks he’s healthy. He still eats like a football player and weightlifter, but definitely not clean, lots of fast food during the day. I cook dinner for him every night. The problem is, he’s approaching 40 and we’re getting ready to have a baby. I just feel like he’s going to have a heart attack or something at some point and won’t be around for our family. Without wasting my time trying to put pressure on him, how else can I encourage him to take better care of himself?

I've been following your podcast for a while now, and I think you guys have done a great job of keeping up with the latest fitness research. I'm sure you've changed your opinions on some things over the years. It would be great to see you guys revisit one of your early shows and see if the stuff you said still holds true.

This podcast has changed my life! I found you in November after spraining my ankle for the 4th time. I began with MAPS Starter back in January and am now on Phase II of MAPS Anabolic. I feel better than I did in my 30s and will turn 57 in just a couple of months. I'm looking forward to being a Muscle Mommy and, hopefully, a Muscle Granny someday!

So excited you all dropped this "MAPS" Muscle Mommy, I have long been a marathon runner since running cross country in high school. And it wasn't until I had qualified for Boston, but ran a horrible time due to an unhealed injury that I took strength training seriously to prevent injury. Now I have done a few ultra marathons and am continuing training for Berlin marathon, would love to add on this program to my cross training days! Thanks guys for the solid content 👊

Sal i heard you speak on other podcasts about muscle building, cam over here to listen more and found you just releasing a program specifically for women- and moms?! So awesome. I'm a first time mom to a 6 month old, and at 35 yrs old, i have been very driven to finally get my health and body in shape for real this time. Would love win the program, as i am doing weights and training on my own at home right now, but more guidance would be good. I can already see results from what I'm doing the last couple weeks, arms have some definition and i can easily pick my son up from anywhere. Keep spreading the word! I know so many people who dont know about the importance of muscle in longevity. Hopefully when they ask about my transformation in a couple months i can spread the word too!

All of your content has opened my eyes to the necessity of resistance training. I am on tirzepitide for T2D and lost 60 pounds eating protein forward and my Peloton tread. I noticed that I had lost muscle and started to research what I needed to do to turn this around. I came across Mindpump and have not only learned so much but am completely entertained by your show! The next stage of my movement goals is to exchange fat for muscle. I’m a newbie and am reaping the benefits of that. Keep doing what you do!

I played handball for 15 years (until 21 yo), after that in 2017 i started going to gym and did classic fitness influencer workouts (glute kick backs, donky kicks, puls squats etc.) and was in the gym 5 days a week. Good thing about 2020 was that I discovered and loved Mind pump ever since (we have longer relationship than some of my romantic ones 😂) , I changed my routine to 3 days a week and focused on big lifts... never felt better, i don't have any hip pain anymore and as guys would say getting most bang for the buck! I still strugle sometimes wanting to be "smaller" in my upper body but i guess with hight of 177cm and 15 years of handball that's out for me 😅 Sending lots of love from Croatia to MP crew and all the fans! Keep thriving!
