Jewish men are taught to be good husbands from a young age and in yeshiva. Not just taught that they need to be but exactly how to be. This is consistent education at synagogue and in jewish schools. Same with girls for being wives and how to manage a family. It pays off with higher marital happiness compared to the general population.

We were married for 25 1/2 yrs and I think we could still get most of them right. You are all amazing guys. Ben...you definitely make this world a better place. I smiled real big at the end when they were talking about the nicknames for his kids and how he’s always running around and playing with them. Very precious❤️ I love how most people see Ben at a glance and think he’s this rude robot, but he’s really a sweet guy (just intelligent and unabashedly honest too lol)

You are one of many. Just start somewhere and you both will grow. Highly advise to get into a good church, being taught and discipled plus reading the Bible. Hopefully you will have a few people at church, who can mentor you guys. Just find one. Christian would be best ( Jewish if you're Jewish). Just don't say you have a black heart. You don't even know what God has already done with a few more like you, who were supposedly incapable. Pray, ask him, read the Bible, submit to him and be transformed. He'll do it. Easier than parting the sea or creating galaxies.
