How We Tibetans Donate/Deliver Food to the People of Practicing on Top of Mountains

Dear all,
Tashi Delek!
How are you? Hope you're enjoying a very nice day.
On this video, I drove about 2 hours away from Lhasa, and came to one of the off-beaten-track monasteries.
I'm going to show you how we Tibetans donate the food to the people who are practicing on the top of mountains above the monastery, and I will also show you what I've seen and done on the way.
Hope you will enjoy my video as usual. Thanks for supporting me. Every encouragement and sponsorship from you is the driving force for me to continue to shoot and explore the beautiful Tibet. Fund me a cup of tea, a meal, a liter of oil, or a glass of beer, and I will continue to work hard to bring you more exciting videos. Our PayPal account: travel@vip.163.com

Dear Jyamyang. I’m also a Budhist practitioner from Kathmandu. Looking at these caves and their dedication is so inspiring. My eyes were wet when I saw the nun offered you fruit. Maybe in next life I could do such practice. May all benefit.
