I am so glad that it was such a simple fix. I will heading to RV tech school this July. Have been watching a lot of their videos they sent me and one of the first things to check on water heaters is the voltage to the circuit board.

Yay! Problem solved. Leaving on a trip Monday morning and looks like everything will be in working order. Will try to find a thermal couple tomorrow, Sunday.....

We had a water heater problem 2 weeks ago. Ended up the thermostat had just wiggled loose during travel. Good video Kent & Tami!

Great video Kent. You are absolutely right that it is often cheaper to fix things yourself than to take your rig to a dealership - even if it's a warranty repair. Having a general knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems in an RV can save you a lot of money. Videos like this are great for teaching people some of those skills. Well done!
