You might consider thrift shopping for your new decorations. Go to the rich neighborhood Goodwills and Consignment stores and you will be surprised what you can find.

That's a great idea! I love thrift shopping although I have not done so in a while.

@@ChronicallyJaquie Yes, I did it when I decorated my dorm and apartments.
Don’t be afraid of buying second hand, or of saying yes to family and friends getting rid of things. Honestly other than beds, dressers, and some kitchen stuff we got for our wedding, we have either found it second hand, or been given everything for our house.
Awwww.......so much love for Harlow. It is heartwarming. I am so excited for you all and pray that all the details fall in to place for the closing and the move into your new home!!! 🤗❤️🙏🏻🏡
I can't wait to see the new house! Congrats you guys!
Jaquie, I’m so happy for all three of you! Moving is so exciting, even with all of the stress that comes with it. I look forward to seeing the finished result and celebrating this next step with you and everyone else that follows your journey. Congratulations!! P.S. That shirt looks wonderful on you Jaquie!
So excited for you guys!!! Enjoy the ride and stay safe.❤️❤️❤️
Y'all will love homeownership! We bought our first home last year, and as a chronically Ill person. We didnt fence at first either, we had to save up some more money. A wooden privacy fence is the way to go!!!!!! Yeeeee so excited for y'all!
The beginning of this video is just so sweet! You and Judd and Har make such a cute family! 🤗
So excited for you!
Oh how fun buying your first house is so exciting!! Icant wait to see how you guys adjust .
YAY! this must be so amazing and exiting for y'all! hopefully these last few things just fall into place! and I am sending y'all prayers for an amazing time in you new house! 😁😁😁
This is so wonderful, Jaquie, Judd, and Harlow. I bought you something off the wish list and I so enjoyed doing it. It was truly my pleasure. Fixing up your house and decorating is definitely something you should take your time with. You'll get a lot of satisfaction as things start falling into place. I can't wait to see it! Best of luck!!!
I'm so excited for you two!! Congrats!!!
Take your time, it is definitely a slow process! My husband and I bought our first home a year ago almost and it is amazing how steep the learning curve has been and how much our priorities have changed along the way. We are all moved in and settled, but still don’t have everything the way we want it! I’ve had to step back and remind myself that Rome wasn’t built in a day and not everything for our house can happen overnight. Enjoy the process and congrats! (and be ready to sogn ALL the things during closing!!)
My parents are moving to Clearwater the exact same week! I'm so excited for you guys to be getting your first house!
Make sure to test for mold. One of the things I’ve noticed about Florida, especially Disney, is that a lot of buildings have mold issues. Mold is a major MCAS trigger for me.
Enjoy seeing your home finishing and the move in. It’s such a blessing. We moved up to this NH river valley almost 40 years ago and I am still amazed and appreciate our mini-farm/kennel home on 24 acres. JoDe +4🐕
Congratulations ♡
YAY!! ITS GETTING CLOSER!!
I can hardly wait to see how your new house is going to turn out!
Hey y’all! Congrats ☺️
I’m so excited for you guys!!
So excited for you guys!
It is exciting to be getting your first home. Take your time doing everything and don't over do it.
Congratulations so happy for you guys!
It's ok to take you're time with the decor, actually it's kind of fun to see it evolve over time.
Wish I had the money to help yall out! As a college student about to graduate my budget it tight. I am so happy for you guys getting a house! So exciting!
I'm so happy for you guys, the house settling mission is almost OVER 😁 Can't wait to see the final outcome..thanks so much for sharing your journey
Congratulations! We're actually moving to Florida soon. My husband moves down to an Airbnb on the 18th, but I will have to stay up in Connecticut until we sell our house and buy a new one. I know how much work the moving process is, so I wish you the best of luck with everything!

CelloFleming wishing you the best of luck!! Hope everything goes quick and smooth so you can be with hubby again ASAP!
We can tell how rightfully excited you are. Congrats first timers
Very excited for the both of you and Harlow 💗 Many blessings for your next journey, good health and happiness 💗
I have a suggestion on the lawn. I am in the horticulture industry, sod would not be what I would recommend. With sod even when it gets established its root system tends to be very shallow. I would recommend hydroseeding (if you can find a company that does it). It is a pre-germinated liquid mix. It takes a shorter amount of time then just starting it from seed and it also puts on a longer root system allowing it to withstand droughts and harsh weather. It only takes 7 to 8 weeks to completely establish and be ready for use. Worth thinking about.
I LOVE SEEING YOU, JUDD, HARLOW cuttin up, giggling, happy as kids at Halloween!😂 Y’all deserve many many “happys “. I hope your new neighbors are awesome and y’all become friends 💜
Recommend Facebook marketplace for finding lots of home goods and furniture etc near you
Don't know if you will see this but PLEASE (as a fellow floridian homeowner) if the builder did not put gutters on the house - have gutters put on! The lacktherof caused so much erosion around our foundation and the rain pouring off the roof also caused all the grass along the house to die.
@ChronicallyJaquie
5 жыл бұрын
OMG my MIL had that issue! We are getting gutters asap. Such a necessity here in FL!
Congrats amazing!
Congrats Jaquie and Judd!
Congrats again on the new house! Be sure to open and close every door, window, drawer, etc. Sometimes that makes the builder quicker at fixing things, whereas they might drag their feet if you're already living in it.
Congratulations on buying your first home, luckily you already have your essential furnishings already,so the fun of saving and adding to your new home will come over time,I get so much joy when we save and buy new things but I've had some great items from what we call in the UK,charity shops,I love getting bargains, enjoy your new adventure
Ah yay I'm so excited for you all!! I don't know how I just saw this video.
So very happy for you three! It is exciting and a whole new beginning in your very own home. Praying for the walk through. Look carefully at everything, open and shut doors, check windows, turn on faucets, all electrical, look at grouting, inspect flooring, look at garage, check ceiling finishes and fittings. IMPORTANT: Ask about settling, very important here in Florida as we build on sand!!!! Friend has got cracks all over her tiled floors and cement base garage after buying her new home 5 years ago. Just being realistic. Enjoy, but have your feet on the ground and let your head rule in this case. Write down important questions! Hard to do over once furniture is in. Blessings and love❤
Great to hear your house is finally almost ready your both amazing great video great video love this channel
How exciting! Can't wait
I’m so excited for you guys! Your videos have really helped me not feel so alone in all these weird mysteries of the medical world that we both have many of

I love the way Judd jokes around.
Ahhhhhh I'm so excited for you!!!!!!
So happy for you guys
Congratulations guys 🙂You so deserve it! Harlow yeah, I have 8 ft fence for my Rottie. 👍🙏
I'm so excited for you, Judd, and Harlow! Wait until the first time you sleep in 'your own home'. It's something you will never forget. xoxoxoxo
This is just wonderful news.
I'm happy for you guys 😊❤️❤️❤️
I swear by second hand stores and used on Kijiji or Facebook Market place 🤗 it takes practice buying used but once you have the hang of it you will save a ton and save the dump yards form unnecessary waste. So exciting guys ❤️
As a little bit of comfort if you haven't had the walkthrough yet, hire an inspector to go thru the house. Even though it is a new build you may still be surprised by what a trained eye will find.
Ahh so many wonderful dogs in Florida. We got Harlow, Cooper, Koda, and probably a bunch of other vlog dogs.
You guys are so cute 😭
Do the electric collar. It works, it’s cost effective. It would be a good alternative until you can afford the fence that you want.
I almost always give a thumbs up when Judd is in the videos.
Check every cabinet and drawer opens and pulls and closes easily. Check every socket. Bring a hairdryer, it draws a lot of power and it I’ll tell you for sure. Paint on the glass that needs to be removed, corners. Pressure of the water in all spicier, including shower.

The hair dryer is a great idea! Thanks!
I don't no how I found your blog but I subscribed today I've been binged watching today I never heard of that kinda illnesses you have but I enjoy learning about and following your story .
I love watching your channel
10/10 for the Game Of Thrones Table idea 😂 Yay Judd lol
Funny how this was in the up next section after the newest video of service dogs explorers new house
Did you see the fountain display in Vegas to Winter is Here? It's fabulous. Check it out.
I see people in the comments suggesting buying used furniture items or decor. Really make sure you don't end up with bed bugs or roaches because they can hide pretty much in the tiniest gap and 😬 That's just always my fear with used stuff.
Good Luck with the big move can't wait to see your new home! We do the same with our dogs birthdays we go all out our youngest Labrador Skye is 2 on May 4th and our wedding anniversary is May 6th and we go all out for Skye's birthday compared to our anniversary but that's the way we prefer it 😂
Yay!!! 🎉💐🎈🏡🎊
I love Judds personality he is funny love you guys
hey jaquie!

That is not possible for us but we have a few trips this year and might have it done while we are away! If we even get the painting done this year.
Second hand from family and friends is great! But don't take every single thing they offer, we did that and our house is stuffed with furniture and household items we don't even need, but feel we have to keep because they belonged to family!
Congrats! My fiancee and I are looking to buy a house too, now that I am approved for disability!
Yes!!!! GoT made me get HBO.... Best show ever.
💕💕💕
You have a spare bedroom with a bed, etc. Just curious, I know this is expensive and I'm so proud for you!!! I don't comment often but I watch your videos a lot. I figure unless I really have a question or something excitingly different to say, my responses would just be overwhelming! Love Harlow!!!

I have no plans to. Instagram was way too toxic and time consuming. This combo of Mon-Fri videos and vlogs is much better for my health, family, school, life, etc... So I will keep doing this as is works best for me. 😊

7:17 No, Judd, Jaquie is right.
We have lived in this house for 12 years and our house isn't decorated, lol. We got the majority of our furniture from family and friends.
I know it doesn’t fit for this video but Jaquie, when did you move in with Judd? I know your first date/anniversary is 6/12
