    Love this!!! I have changed the way I think about eating since having a baby at the start of the pandemic, going back to work while in the worst of the pandemic, and being diagnosed with some health challenges due to genetics (and a lot of self-reflection that goes along with all that). I think we all need to give ourselves some grace and enjoy life since we really don't know how long we have on this earth. It's not about what anyone else thinks about your body, it's about how YOU FEEL about your body. Embrace who you are and how you look, no matter your shape or size ✨️

    Wow, I LOVED, LOVED this T&T episode. I mean how do I say, Thank you soooo much for this segment. We need more talking about this. These two amazing Tracey's speak the truth, and make me feel like a woman. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this talking about this topic. MORE OF THESE TALKS, PLEASE!!!     this hits hard! and this is where eating disorders stems from, god how much we hate ourselves and thinking we not enough. and the twisted perspective we have of ourselves. Body dysmorphic disorder. thank you for talking about this and self acceptable which is beyond difficult
