The security architecture in the European region will no longer be the same. After all, the agreements of previous years are constantly violated or cease to exist.
Similarly, the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe, in essence, is not respected.
The NATO Alliance and other CFE Treaty member countries are actively increasing their weapons, including at our borders. Belarus continued to adhere to the restrictions under the Treaty until the last moment.
However, Alexander Lukashenko recently agreed to submit a bill to the House of Representatives on the suspension of the CFE Treaty. The decision to withdraw from the Treaty was also made in Turkey. And today, the Hungarian parliament adopted a bill on suspending the country's participation in the CFE Treaty.
