@jones4106 ah, didn’t realize the gem stones were the source of the Trollz magic. I guess that inspired the “Trolls: The Beat Goes On” episode where they introduce Troll Gems once a Troll reaches a certain age and level of happiness and joy. The Gems even glow when the owner sings 😁

As much as I do not endorse sleep deprivation, I think its the prime condition to watch this godforsaken masterpiece of a mess.

Trolls is so much fun to watch because it's so horrible.

Trolls + no sleep is a nightmare combination. It's a fever dream normally, but without sleep to tide you over it's an absolute trip. Poor Mat.

basically the trolls hair is akin to a green lantern ring it can do basically whatever is needed for the plot at the moment but predominantly is used to make constructs to help them

The Trolls movies are purely comfort movies for me. They just make me instantly smile and warm my heart. Seeing this video notification pop up got me so excited!!!! I highly recommend watching these movies, mainly for the context of all these scenes lol, but for the warm and fuzzies too. The talent in these is INSANE too! Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake as the leads alone!!!

The trolls movie is definitely a fever dream, lol. And I would 100% love to watch a full reaction video to the whole film.

You absolutely need to watch the movie. I genuinely really, really enjoy it so much. And I do cry whenever they sing True Colors, it's so gorgeous. And if you want something that will make you probably feel pretty similar to how this made you feel, you should DEFINITELY listen to songs from Centaurworld. It's very, very weird...but also very sweet and charming?? And just some honestly crazy amazing vocals

Look on the bright side, you've gotten into the Troll movies just when the third one has already been released, so you won't have to wait 4 or 3 years for the sequel lol

Not to mention that the 3rd one has a pretty awesome soundtrack. Like, never was personally into the boy band stuff or anything (with the closest probably being ‘bro-country’ for me), but watching the 3rd movie created the teenage girl I could have been 😂

Since I grew up in a non English speaking country most of these reactions is the first time I hear the English version of the song, and it’s so interesting seeing them with reaction

It's always amazing to me how much I DON'T read into movies I watch, having grown up on movies and shows made so you just like. Don't question things. Then I watch something like this and I'm just sitting here like. Yeah I mean that DOESN'T make sense but it never occured to me to think about why it doesn't lol.

Just a little thing, the "Just Sing" song is from the second Trolls movie, all the rest in this are from the first one. Also, the first Trolls movie got me through the second half of 2020 when I was starting to feel really down. ^^;

This version of True Colors was actually mine and my husband's first dance song at our wedding. He said it reminded him of me and he's the one who got me into these movies just based on that version of the cover. 💜

like 3 minutes in and I'm remembering how much of a psychedelic trip Trolls can be, I'm realising how important the plot is to everything making any sense Like even with context their world is just strange, I love it so much but everything just beautifully random 😂 Also yes! you're listening to Trolls music, this movie was such a massive thing to me in my childhood, pus the sequel and the tv show, and the music is just fantastic

i still watch the first trolls movie and it is one of my fave dreamworks movies and me and my cousins watched the first one together. i always cry during true colors. also i want to watch the new one so bad

They have many powers as shown throughout all 3 movies, and you should watch all 3 of them, the 3rd one came out recently in theatres and it's REALLY good, the first and second movies are also a treat to watch as well

So my family and I went saw the first movie on a whim, mostly because my little sis and cousins wanted to see it so we were like “sure, what else we got going on.” Me and mom did not expect anything too mind blowing. Lo and behold thought we ended up having a great time and I even cried during the True Colors sequence. I cried. During a Trolls movie. Do you realize how ridiculous that sounds? That moment was just so wholesome bro. I haven’t seen the sequels but I thoroughly enjoyed that first movie. It’s that time again. Watched the first movie of Trolls in theaters with my best friend years ago because we wanted to see a movie and the trailer looked funny. Every movie has been an absolute fever dream ever since and I have loved every second of it somehow. Really recommend watching the movies. It's just a nice, feel-good series (so long as you don't think too hard about the logic of the world and why there are trolls shitting glitter).

Just re-realized (also sleep deprived) that you're not actually watching the movies and are only watching the song clips so you have 0 context, and that only makes things better :)

you do know they did some what name a number of bands for the Brothers.

1st movie Plot: The trolls were fine until the other race you saw started to _eat_ them. Years later, Pink Troll is the leader of the trolls now and wants to make both trolls and the other race friends :]. It works. 2nd movie plot: So apparently, there's more troll races based on music, and the Rock Trolls are trying to take over _all_ of the other trolls. Pink Troll and her friends plan to stop them. It works. IDK if you watched songs from the 3rd movie, I haven't watched it yet.

This video made me laugh so much. Watching Trolls while sleep deprived must be a whole other experience! You should totally do a video watching Trolls, and if you don’t do that, I would love another song review! Hair Up, They Don’t Know, and Perfect for Me are all excellent!

You need to react to the first Trolls movie! True Colora was so much more impactful with the context of the story! Plus, that other song where the trolls were gray was from the second movie. Basically when trolls give up all hope and lose their happiness they turn gray.

If you really liked “True Colors,” then definitely listen to “Perfect For Me” from Trolls: World Tour! It’s a slow melody, beautiful harmonies, and is soooo soothing to listen to, even though the lyrics and context of the song’s scene makes me teary eyed every time 🥲 The full song isn’t played during the movie, but the parts they do use still pack an emotional punch.

The girls name is Bridgette and she can’t use her real name because she’s the kings maid and she was in love with the king so the trolls helped her “change her identity” temporarily so the king will love her back I don’t really remember the movie much?? But I think they asked for return for her to help them get their friend back. Basically in the first movie it’s the trolls and the Bergens the bergens eat trolls because they’re told eating a troll will make them happy a long time ago they escaped Bergen town and started a secret home for trolls only, then the kings chef found the trolls because of a party and she took poppy’s friends (the pink troll) so her an branch (her other “soon to be” friend I guess you can say😅) went to save her friends. So basically the movie is about saving her friends and while doing so, helping a Bergen find love. You should watch it it’s a good movie and everything you were confused about will be explained
